The Greater Killington Women's Club - GKWC (formerly the Sherburne Women's Club - SWC) is a charitable organization whose focus is providing a socializing network and supporting

fundraising efforts that nurture our local community.

Since its inception in 1963, the SWC & GKWC have funded local charities, non-profits and

organizations such as the Killington Food Pantry, Killington Elementary School, Killington Active Seniors,

Killington Fire & Rescue, Killington Recreation Department, Vermont Adaptive Ski & Sports,

Mission Farm, Woodstock Union High School (WUHS) Booster Club,

Rutland Area Visiting Nurses Association & Hospice - RAVNAH, NewStory Center,

The Mentor Connection, Habitat for Humanity of Rutland County, Chaffee Arts Center, to name a few;

and awarded scholarship funds for two WUHS graduating seniors from Killington or Pittsfield each year.
